The New Westminster Minor Softball Association (NWMSA) is now accepting registrations for the 2025 season. Whether your child is new to the game or ready to join a divisional team, this is the perfect opportunity to get involved in softball.
Registration Deadlines
Learn to Play (LTP): Registrations are open until April 30, 2025.
Divisional Teams: Players will participate in regular-season games scheduled between April and June 2025. Team assignments are expected to be finalized by March 15, 2025, to coordinate with Softball BC.
Divisional Team Placement
Players will be assigned to teams based on their age (birth year) and a first-come, first-serve basis. Team placement will follow NWMSA guidelines and depend on space availability. NWMSA prioritizes filling one team per division before forming additional teams.
Once a team reaches full capacity, additional players will be placed on a waiting list. They will either be added to a new team if it is formed or placed on an existing roster when spots become available.
Late Registrations
Depending on availability, late registrations for both Learn to Play and divisional teams may be accepted until April 30, 2025.
Important Notes
To register, participants must be members in good standing. Early registration is encouraged to help the NWMSA plan for the season and ensure all players are placed appropriately.
Get ready for an exciting season of softball! Visit the NWMSA website for more details
